About the Reserve

Who We Are

Hayle Park Nature Reserve Trust currently manages 60 acres of land within Tovil; Hayle Park Nature Reserve and Walnut Tree Meadows (the former tip site at Dean Street). The trust was established in 2014 by Maidstone Borough Council, Tovil Parish Council and the Valley Conservation Society.  We are proud to be considered one of the top natural sites in Maidstone and we can’t wait for you to stop by and visit.
Hayle Park Nature Reserve became a registered charity in March 2020.
