The trust is an independent body and does not receive any direct funding from councils or government. Most of the maintenance work on the reserves is carried out by volunteers. Between January and June 2020, over 431 hours of work has been put into Hayle Park and Walnut Tree Meadows, by volunteers. This includes work parties, meetings of the trustees and all of our administrative work.

Please become a ‘Friend of Hayle Park Nature Reserve’, by making a regular donation to allow us to continue our work and preserve these areas for future generations. Please complete the form here, alternatively you can email to request a word document or paper copy is sent to you. The suggested minimum donation is £5 per year.

Alternatively, you can make a one-off donation by clicking the donate button on our website. You can also support us by shopping via Amazon Smile.

If you are unable to support financially, we are always looking for volunteers to join our work parties, help fundraise. Please get in touch if you can help. Don't forget to join our mailing list to keep up to date with what's happening at Hayle Park Nature Reserve and Walnut Tree Meadows.

Please support our work!
